4. Transaction Process

4.1 Selling Items

When selling items through our platform:

• You must be the rightful owner of the items
• Items must be accurately described
• You agree to transfer the items to our escrow system upon acceptance of a sale
• A commission fee of 5% will be deducted from the final sale amount

4.2 Buying Items

When buying items through our platform:

• You agree to pay the full amount as listed
• Payment must be made through our approved payment methods
• Items will be transferred to you after payment verification

5. Fees and Payments

MonsiCS2 charges a 5% commission fee on all successful sales. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller's proceeds before payment is released.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, bank transfers, and select e-wallets.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to manipulate prices or engage in fraudulent activities
• Selling or attempting to sell items that violate Valve Corporation's terms
• Attempting to circumvent our fee system
• Using automated systems or bots to access the Site
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or servers

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CS2 CONSULTING LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
